Donation Refund Policy
Donations made to JfI Foundation are voluntary and are generally non-refundable.
However, a refund request may be considered in exceptional circumstances, including:
- An accidental duplicate donation.
- An incorrect donation amount due to a genuine technical or human error.
- An unauthorized transaction, subject to verification.
Refund requests should be submitted within 7 days of the transaction by contacting our support team with the relevant payment details. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method, subject to applicable banking and payment gateway procedures.
JfI Social welfare Foundation reserves the right to accept or reject refund requests after due verification.
Tax Benefits
