Justice For India Social Welfare Foundation is a non-governmental social organization (NGO) which is registered under the Section 08 of The Companies Act- 2013. It is Operated by a bunch of meticulous people who are really eager to serve the society. It's Licence Number is 156688, Registration Number is 431246 and CIN No. is U88900DL2024NPL431246. It is also registered with NGO Darpan (NITI AAYOG, Govt. of India) and It's Unique ID Number is DL/2024/0420982. Justice For India (JFI) is meant to help people in different ways. Mainly, we are working in the field of protection of the Child rights & Women rights in India.
The objects for which the Organization, ''JUSTICE FOR INDIA SOCIAL WELFARE FOUNDATION'' is established are:
01. To empower all Women and Children through relevant education, awareness and legal support programmes.
02. To work towards the legal reforms and research for the upliftment and betterment of the society and to work and fight for protecting the natural, legal, human and fundamental rights of women and children.
03. To provide legal, medical, psychological or any other help or charitable support and shelter for those women and children who are the victims of any kind of abuse, exploitation, injustice or harassment.
04. To organize/conduct raid and rescue operations to stop child labor, trafficking, child abuse and child marriage cases in India.
05. To do research about the judgments, case laws, rules and laws made and implemented in the country and the effects of those laws and to make efforts for further improvements in them.
06. To communicate and regular follow ups with all Government departments, law enforcement agencies and other stakeholders for planning and implementation of the government schemes & laws related to women and children.
07. To set up a network of village, Block, district, state, national and international level organizations involved in development sector for better working and implementation of various issues, schemes, laws, funding resources and to provide more benefit to women and children.
08. To fight against exploitation, injustice and corruption if found against any individual, class, community in the society, especially against the women and children.
09. To oppose and fight against all the social evils, religious evils, hypocrisy, superstition and conservative traditions prevalent in the society and to make people aware about them.
10. To design, develop, print, publish, distribute, trading, import and export educational products, services and systems including books, articles, blogs, periodicals, manuals, magazines, documentaries, film, video and other audio, visual and multimedia learning tool or documents to generate awareness towards the various Government schemes, issues and laws, especially related to women and children.
11. To launch, run, organize, operate and manage awareness programs, training programs, campaigns, forums, meetings, seminars, symposia, exhibitions, tours, conferences & camps for spreading the awareness towards the women & child related issues, rights and laws across the society like: dowry, domestic violence, feticide, sexual abuse, child labour, human/child trafficking, child marriage, literacy & primary healthcare, etc.
12. To provide all sort of help to the poor and needy students or children in their Right to Education. To provide encouragement by giving prizes & legal supports etc. to the students/children who gain achievements in their In addition, to provide all help and supports to the students who wish to complete their higher studies.
13. To launch, run, organize, operate and manage various Vocational courses, activities, training programs and centers for upliftment and betterment of the society, especially for empowering the women and children.
14. To provide help under health & nutrition services for women and children by running, organizing, operating, launching and managing Pulse Polio Programmes, Supplementary Nutrition/Mid-Day meal projects, Blood donation camps, Sanitary pads distribution camps, Health camps, Drugs awareness & prevention camps and Multi-Specialty medical camps etc.
15. To establish, run, open, administer and maintain Reading Rooms, Libraries, Gyms, Parks, Hostels, Kindergartens, Anganwadies, Dispensaries, Play Schools, Primary Schools, Secondary Schools, Senior Secondary Schools, Colleges, Vocational & Training Institutions, Coaching Centers, Health Counseling Centers, and Career Counseling Centers, Legal Aid Service offices, Yoga Centers, Ashrams, Old age homes, Orphan homes, Women and Child shelters for poor and needy students, women & children.
16. Legal advocacy, consultancy and litigation on any important issue/case for the betterment of society and country and providing free legal advices, counseling and treatments to the needy and poor people on women and child related issues/cases.
17. To raise funds/lands through collection, donation or subscription and other means and invest money or incur expenditure in such manner as shall promote the attainment of aims and objectives of our organization.
18. To undertake any other work or assignment to promote communal and social harmony brotherhood and social welfare of the Society and country.
The objects of the JUSTICE FOR INDIA SOCIAL WELFARE FOUNDATION extend to the Whole of India.
